All attendees must be at least 16 years old, have a valid passport, and must attend Christ Alive Church.

This trip is an opportunity to step out in faith and share the love of Jesus with children and families in Ecuador. Every dollar you invest in this mission helps create meaningful connections and brings hope to communities in need. While the cost may seem significant, it reflects the real work of living out the gospel—showing God’s love in action and allowing Him to work through us to make a lasting difference.

Your investment of $1,500 includes:

• $600 for lodging, meals, and transportation.

• $800 for airfare to bring you safely to Ecuador.

• $100 for insurance and pre-trip preparation to equip and support you on this journey.

Every dollar has a purpose, ensuring that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus while creating a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. Should airfare costs be less than anticipated, any surplus funds will be used to further the mission and increase its reach.

Yes, an end-of-year giving statement will be provided from Christ Alive

Most expenses are pre-paid and nonrecoverable by Christ Alive and will not be refunded or credited back to you.

Online contributions are encouraged. Team members will be given a trip-specific link that they can use and share with others who want to contribute to their trip. If writing a check, checks should be made payable to Christ Alive.

Yes! Your passport must be valid for at least six months after the trip’s return date (January 2027). Complete passport information can be found at travel.state.gov. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, please begin that process as soon as possible.

Yes, all minors over the age of 16 are eligible to attend the trip. All minors will require extra notarized paperwork and special permission from their guardians.

Please remember all international travel is physically demanding, and short-term teams are active every day of the trip. Physical demands include but are not limited to lack of sleep, walking, ministering, painting, teaching, playing with children, etc.
