LA Dream Center Missions Trip
This summer, we’re heading to the heart of Los Angeles to serve alongside the LA Dream Center—a ministry known for its compassion, outreach, and Gospel-centered transformation in some of the most underserved communities in the city.
This trip is specifically designed for youth and young adults who want to live out their faith in action. Throughout the week, we’ll be part of daily outreaches like food distribution, homeless ministry, street evangelism, and prayer walks— bringing the love of Jesus to the streets of LA.
The total cost of the trip is $1,450, which covers all travel, lodging, meals, and ministry needs. This trip is open to those 15 and older (parental consent required for minors).

The dates of this trip are Monday, July 6th, 2026 - Saturday, July 11th, 2026.

This trip is open to anyone ages 15 and up. Youth under 18 must
have a parent/guardian sign the appropriate release forms.

The total cost of $1,450 covers lodging, airfare, insurance,
meals, transportation, pre-trip meetings, and a team shirt. We’ll
provide a full investment breakdown to each team member.
The cost does NOT include passport fees, immunization costs,
food at the airport, and personal purchases for or on the trip.
A $100, nonrefundable trip deposit is required at application.
Additional payment deadlines will be communicated to team
members post-acceptance.

Yes, an end-of-year giving statement will be provided from Christ Alive.

Most expenses are pre-paid and nonrecoverable by Christ Alive and will not be refunded or credited back to you.

Online contributions are encouraged. Team members will be given a trip-specific link that they can use and share with others who want to contribute to their trip. If writing a check, checks should be made payable to Christ Alive.

Since this trip is within the United States, a passport is not required—but you must have a REAL ID or a valid passport in order to board a domestic flight.
REAL ID is a federally accepted form of identification and can be obtained through your local DMV.
If you’re under 18, airline policies may vary—so we will provide guidance for students traveling as a group.

No additional immunizations are required for this trip to Los Angeles.

Yes, all minors aged 15 and above are eligible to attend the trip. All minors will require extra notarized paperwork.

Please remember all international travel is physically demanding, and short-term teams are active every day of the trip. Physical demands include but are not limited to lack of sleep, walking, ministering, painting, teaching, playing with children, etc.
